STANDOUT CHOCOLATE - Gesha Speciality Coffee
Sweden is one of the countries in the world that consumes most coffee per capita. They are also in the forefront of the emerging specialty coffee scene, so it was natural for Standout to combine the best of two worlds. They created an overall floral and fruity bar using cacao from Öko Caribe in Dominican Republic.
The coffee used is a washed Gesha from Hugo Mariño in the Cusco region in Peru. Roasted in Sweden by Johan & Nyström.
