Specialty coffee discovery through selections of African beans
Set off on a journey full of flavour, discovering specialty coffee from the perspective of African beans selected for you by Florence and Jolt Coffee Roasters.
You'll take part in a cupping table, where you can taste several bean selections and experience a sensory analysis just like the professionals do. You'll also learn about the key points of specialty coffee and its philosophy from the baristas and roasters on hand.
You'll also have the chance to discover the work of a coffee roaster artisan: you'll attend a roasting session and leave with a coffee sample. Roasting showcases will take place from 12:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 15:00.
The Jolt coffeeshop will also be open on that Sunday from 10:00 to 16:00, with a selection of pastries and African coffee beans, both at filter and espresso.
