Saturday morning cupping (in French)
Every first Saturday of the month, we're inviting you to (re)discover our coffees during a public cupping session.
Cupping is a fundamental part of our work as baristas and roasters, because we need to taste the coffees several times. First to select the green coffee that we're going to roast, and then to evaluate if our roasting recipe meets our quality standards. Regular quality control is key!
You can expect to taste at least 6 different coffees, served with anecdotes and advice by a member of our team.
